Opening hours of the practice are:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 7:30pm
Sat-Sun: 3:00pm to 6:00pm	Public Holidays: Closed

Appointments are made in 10-minute intervals, however, longer consultations are available on request.

Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to make it.
This will enable somebody else to make the appointment in your place.

All consultations receive a $10 discount if paid on the day.

Fees charged at the practice are based on the procedure you require the doctor to perform, not the time taken.
Some examples of procedures that usually fall into the standard and long consultations include:

Standard: Blood pressure check and repeat prescriptions; treatment for ear infection
Long: Pap smears; full medical examinations

A fee will be charged for failing to attend an appointment. This is regardless of Consession Cards.
The fee will be $25.00. This fee is not refundable from Medicate.
